Certified instructors will provide yoga in a fun and easy way that kids will enjoy! Yoga will give them tools to regulate stress and anxiety and calm down!
Yoga moves, breathing exercises and games are incorporated to encourage teamwork, self confidence and healthy coping mechanisms. Bring your children out Thursdays beginning January 16, 2020 at 4:30 PM!
