DETROIT – Clutch & Throttle, today announced it will host a holiday toy drive now through Dec. 31. The shop will accept donations of NEW toys at its store, located at 6544 Beaubien St., in the Milwaukee Junction neighborhood. All items collected will be donated to Brilliant Detroit families.
“Ever since opening in Detroit, giving back to the community has been a priority for us. Giving back is a tradition I want to teach my children by leading by example,” said Brad Touchette, founder and owner of Clutch & Throttle. “Brilliant Detroit gives a lot to the community and we are very excited to add a toy drive to their offerings. No child should be without a Christmas.”
Brilliant Detroit’s wish list includes a wide variety of gifts: skateboards, sports equipment, learning electronics, art sets, puzzles, Legos, Barbie Dolls, Playdough and accessories, card games, play home equipment and winter clothing. Clutch & Throttle is the premier shop for Detroit motorcycle enthusiasts. It offers high quality, purpose-built motorcycle protective gear, apparel and accessories with style and function in mind. The space also includes a workshop to service and repair motorcycles.
